A very good product with a simple, clean interface and responsive support.

I was looking for something quite basic, but functional and effective. Initially hesitant as i am reluctant after using Clickup (which got way way too overcomplicated ) about loading everything up only to find some problems - but so far, so good.

I started with a single tier and have built up to 4 tiers and looking to buy another. The program is simple, nice interface, and there are some little things that would love eg. ability to sort projects A-Z but I can live with some of the issues. The data plan is extremely good, ie. unlimited files.

Having multiple tiers (companies) allows separation of work functions, and this has been amazing so far.

Would love ability to email to the project note. That is what I miss but would save a lot of downloading and reuploading (or print to pdf and swipe) but this has an inbuilt map also, which is effective if you want to map out your project areas eg. properties, property management, listings etc

Nice friendly staff have been somewhat helpful so far. Well documented and there are Youtube videos online which helps.

Overrall, i am a 5 star on this.

Seems Like a Good Deal!

Converting from Trello to this, and it seems like a more than worthy successor with more flexibility and options. I will be looking at the ticketing system and Wiki more this next week. I was wondering if I could use this as our help desk documents for our clients, but I am a little confused as to how the 'users' vs. clients work. Interface is nice and they manage to load a lot of features in. Also will be exploring some webhooks/Pabbly ideas this next week.

Frustrating Experience with Automation Glitch and Slow Customer Support

I loved every aspect of the software through my research and decided to purchase the Tier 4 plan to build automations similar to those on my Monday.com board. However, I encountered a glitch with the app automations. After reaching out to customer care and providing screen recordings of the issue, I experienced slow responses, with some emails taking up to a week to get a reply, and not even all my messages were acknowledged.

After much back and forth, I finally managed to schedule a call with them. During the call, they confirmed that it was a software glitch that shouldn't be happening during automation. I was assured that they would work on the issue and get back to me shortly. However, since our meeting on December 22, I have not heard anything from them.

While I believe this software has great potential, my experience so far has been frustrating. Our operations are currently being run manually because this simple automation glitch is unresolved. I hope this situation changes soon.

Very nice and multilingual

We've tested Blue and found it to be quite nice. The UX is well thought out. The app is powerful. However it requires some work to set it up properly. It shines with teams, and there are simpler tools for individuals. We particularly liked the automation tools which can be found in other project management tools at a much higher price range. Plus you get unlimited storage.

We wrote a review in French about it with the conclusion "strongly recommended".
