Not very good
You can't control your outreach, in the sense of the flow:
- How many connects per day?
-How many messages per day?
l asked them how it works, never got a definite answer.
Reported bugs and it took forever to get them fixed. I believe they reached out weeks after l was already refunded.
l had multiple linkedin accounts shut down because of this platform.
They get 2 stars because support response is good.

Disappointing
Total waste of time. The Aimfox team thinks we are foolish. They do not count leads or contacts; they only count interactions (InMails, requests, messages, etc.). Therefore, even if we have 500 contacts in the campaign, they will show the campaign as 100% reached once 500 interactions are achieved.
I feel scammed. But this is not the worst part; they withdraw friend requests after three days! They are nuts—only a small percentage of LinkedIn users are active daily. Essentially, if a contact you are reaching out to does not reply or accept your request within three days, they are gone! We are losing 90% of LinkedIn users, including Fridays to Mondays.
Also, not possible to add multi-user campaigns, you need to create one campaign per LinkedIn user, crazy inefficient. You cannot add notes to friend requests (unlike other tools), this is just a MUST!
I REALLY HOPE THIS IS FIXED, OTHERWISE AIMFOX IS A WASTE OF TIME!

Aimfox was working fine until…
Aimfox was amazing when I started using it. The UI is nicely laid out and intuitive and support responded to my one question within a few minutes. All was going good until they launched on Product Hunt and I guess all the exposure they got winning Product of the Day got the attention of the LinkedIn police. About a week later, I received a warning from LinkedIn about suspicious account activity. I figured it was a one off, but then my account got suspended. Yikes! I immediately removed Aimfox and managed to get my account reinstated. I’ve been on Linkedin for over 10 years and I’m extremely active so it can’t be blamed on a new account. I’m sorry to refund Aimfox because I was all in, but I can’t afford to have my LinkedIn account shutdown. I wish the Aimfox team good luck in overcoming this issue.

Incredible support & easy to use
Easy interface, good documentation and most outstanding fast 24/7 support - even during holiday season. And good news they constantly develop new features. I migrated from another program and I miss a few that are under development 😊

Banned after 24h
Big pity, because it's an amazing tool and UI.
We connected the tool, executed a campaign with only 38 leads (not to overwhelm it), during business hours, etc. Everything as natural as possible.
The system started sending requests every ~15 minutes, and after a single day of work, the account is permanently banned.
I will change the rating if the staff contacts me and fixes my situation / explains how to not get banned, as they keep saying in other review replies that "you shouldn't get banned" but everyone is getting banned.
If I don't get contacted by support, I will refund within 30 days.
