I've just created a press release and I can see your branding at the bottom when I view it. It will be difficult to resell this if your company name and URL is everywhere and it's hosted on your domain. Would be great to be able to connect our own domain. But at least in the PDF download of the press release, is there any way to remove your company name? Also when distributed to your network, will your branding, company name, or URL be on it as well? Would be important to be able to white label everything to be able to resell it to clients.
A: Good question. This refers to your staff as all users will see the Press Ranger logo, etc. though we do plan to offer a white label dashboard in the future. The full user guide is here: https://quickest-march-747.notion.site/Press-Ranger-for-teams-1300dff598208084b385f115baea45ad?pvs=4
I've my templates shop on Patreon even as I also have my own website. If I wish to have press releases for my Patreon shop will that work for me? Thanks.
I was reading your term and services before making a purchase and I found this so I need some carification:
1) The terms grant your company significant discretion over account suspension, termination, and modifications to the service, often without prior notice or clear justification (e.g., sections 13, 14, and 24). This could lead to arbitrary enforcement or perceived unfair treatment for us.
2) Can you explained more about section 20 due to Section 20 requires users to indemnify the company for various claims and damages. This clause is broad and could result in significant liability for users in the event of disputes.
3) why won't you provide direct notifications for significant changes to the Terms, rather than requiring users to check periodically?
Love to make business with you but before that would love some clarification ❤️
1. We do this as we have had significant problems with users trying to scrape Press Ranger data. We prevent this from happening programmatically and have to also make it clear in the TOS.
2. Can you define 'significant liability'? What case would you want us to not be indemnified from? Press Ranger is an $80/month saas platform :-)
3. Because we are a startup and are more focused...
Q: Press release has your branding?

Q: What does "Add Users To Your Account" mean?
Does this mean my staff OR does this mean end users that I could sell access to under my name brand?
