A: Hello, we offer the option to white-label the tracking pixel. This is not a complete white-labeling of the platform but only the pixel. You can use our API to automatically generate code snippets, etc.

Currently, we do not have an unlimited plan. Each code costs 1,000 credits. You can stack codes—for example, if you stack 10 codes, you’ll receive 10,000 credits plus a 1,000-credit bonus.

Q: "processing" instead of the person

Tier 3 owner here. Why does the System show "processing" instead of the person? I get a lot of data that means nothing, but the only stat I can use shows "processing" all the time instead of the contact. Can you tell me how to fix this?
