Q: Enterprise = Tier 3, But I Cannot Change Link for Menu Logo-Help

Hi! I bought Tier 3 which was stated to = Enterprise. But I'm in my settings, but under the Replace link for menu logo it is saying "Enterprise version only." How can I change this link? I teach in K-12 and cannot have underage students navigating to an outside site. Beyond this glitch, my test run is now working in our LMS so pretty excited for this issue to be resolved so I can keep this purchase!

A: Hi Shebe

I am assuming you are going to the Editor and select the settings icon, where you should be able to change the logo and URL.

If this is not working for you then please contact support@openelms.com with your user ID and password and we can check it out. A screenshot would also be useful if possible.

Many thanks

Q: Could you clarify the company wide distribution and the extra option on tier 3 for resell

Company-wide distribution only
No limits on course distribution and resell

If I purchase tier 2 does that mean I cannot create an LMS and sell the courses or I can?
Does tier 3 enable me to resell courses I create to other people to use those courses for example like a PLR material?

A: Hello Chris

Many thanks for your question. You can sell the courses only on tier 3 (as they are for use outside your company.) You can charge whatever you like and sell to whomever.

We also have a market leading freemium LMS called Open LMS which you can use for hosting content.

Many thanks

A: Hello

It's an eLearning course so not a video as such I am afraid - more closer to a multi-media power point.

The formats are SCORM v1.2, SCORM v2004 and the content can also be shared by a link or via an embed code (on a website or eLearning programmes Articulate and Captivate.)

Many thanks for your question.

Q: I'm not sure I'm clearn on what 15 courses a month means?

It looks like what I'd call a 'module' you'd call a 'course' and that means I'd need to years to finish a single course. Is that correct?

A: Hello

Labelling can be confusing in Learning Technologies as clients and suppliers do use different terms for different things. A module/course is a single session of learning that is tracked, this is typically 40-60 minutes long. This means you can generate around 15 hours of learning per month. We do offer more courses/modules per month if bought monthly from our website, life offers to...

La voz en off y el texto funcionarán en cualquier idioma. Ingrese la instrucción en español o cargue un documento en español y el curso estará en español, etc.

Muchos Gracias
