Q: How to I upgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 3?
I bought tier 2, and now realize I should have bought tier 3. How can I get the tier 3 limits? If I by one more tier (tier 1), I only increase my pages by 5, and not 15.

API access for creating or managing the short links is essential for the kind of use case I need this for.
