Just what I was looking for - I'm tech-savvy but low on coding knowledge. I already use Notion for life admin, so using it as a backend for my article content, paired with Buildfast to provide an attractive website interface, is fantastic. Good customer service when I had a question, too.

One of the problem many modern services gives users is a great UX and function but lack of back end control.
If you come from Wordpress or SEO this will be a sore spot for you.

This is a fantastic use of structured data that solves essentially those three issues.

The team had previously used a similar idea with their previous service that's still going strong and it's well worth it.

I'm really pleased with this one.

Over the past 15 years, I've written thousands of articles on various topics, but I've always struggled with content management systems. Wordpress was sufficient at the beginning of my career (15 years ago), but over time, I realized I needed a centralized place to organize and structure all my articles thematically. Somewhere I could easily improve, edit, and update an article even after ten years.

However, I could never keep my articles consistent between Word and the web.

Applications like Notion and FuseBase are ideal solutions for content organization. But they never offered an aesthetically pleasing blog environment. Sharing a spreadsheet with the world to find articles simply isn't appealing. Although FuseBase's portal solution now offers great features, it's still not quite the same.

BuildFast is clear, simple, intuitive, and visually appealing. My articles suddenly have a great environment while still residing in Notion, where I can improve and correct the text, and it automatically updates on the web.

Thanks to BuildFast, I can easily start writing 5 blogs on different topics. I simply create a different table in Notion with articles on another topic, and another blog starts to form. If you do this for another 10 years, you suddenly have a great content ecosystem that generates decent traffic and a constant influx of new contacts. In other words - "passive income" (there is no such thing as a free lunch).

BuildFast also eliminates one of my biggest fears about LTD offers: The author (company) is unable to operate the application long enough, and LTD becomes an overpriced purchase that I would never have made. Here, my most valuable asset remains stored in Notion, which I don't expect to go bankrupt anytime soon.

Buildfast is amazingly simple & beautiful.

The setup was easy. I managed to get my site up and running within 15 mins. I hate WP with a passion and just want to find a way to get my content out there quickly. I’ve been using Notion to draft all my posts so in terms of workflow, this was a no-brainer.

Hosting on Notion means I also don’t need to worry about image/video hosting. Just drag and drop 🙌🏼

The templates are beautiful, albeit a bit similar. I love some of these built-in visual features:
- Table of content
- Dark/light mode switch
- Page scroll progress indicator
- Author profiles

Would love to see the following:
- There’s a section for extra pages here but no option to create an About me or Contact page. IMO we should be able to create these pages that don’t belong to the blogs.
- Can we customize the slug for the article links? (better for SEO)

I love build fast, I have used blog products like ghost and beehiv and while those tools are extremely underwhelming and over complicated, build fast is simple and to the point. The most important part of buying a product is the ease and convenience of using the product. When you have too many places to log in and then write your blog post. It reduces your efficiency, effectiveness and consistency. Having the ability to easily work in notion and have my blogs show up beautifully on a website that is designed better than those other companies is amazing, and you don't have to buy expensive themes. Buildfast has a webhook to be able to capture subscribers for your newsletters, so if you have an existing email marketing tool this works great to get them on your subscriber list. I would say that is the only thing missing in this platform, is the ability to send an entire blog post via email to your subscribers. Overall this is the perfect solution for my businesses and clients.
