Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with this product. The generated photos, especially of human faces, are far from realistic. This is particularly noticeable when images feature more than one person, like in the case of a wedding couple, where the faces are badly distorted. Additionally, the creation of the background was problematic. While the first three to four images showed the desired colorful neon colors on a black background, later images started to include unwanted neon objects like lamps. These objects should not have appeared according to the guidelines. Overall, this product was a disappointing purchase.

I was very disappointed and especially that there is no possibility to return money if I don't use the product, and it doesn't seem to me that I will continue to use the product until they improve the quality and the process.
I've used photo generators for their stock, including flex, but here it's a kind of bad, low-quality scum and it's a shame that there was no option to check or return the money because the product is not of the quality I thought

I have to say I was nervous to take the leap and purchase because of the no refunds policy but I am so glad I jumped off that cliff. I have loved the output of images I am getting. The purpose for me is to generate art for comics and anime type of visuals and Supermachine does not disappoint. I highly recommend watching the tutorials they offer on Youtube in order to take full advantage of its capabilities. I will no doubt be upgrading to the higher tier because I am wicked impressed. There is a way to try a demo by paying a small amount to try it out before fulling committing. I am giving 5-tacos because I am super pleased with Supermachine! Thanks for a great product! :)

For starters, I like that the app is a one-time payment, which in itself is great. I took a leap of faith and have not regretted it, I have used the app to develop a story as part of my work as a graphic designer and it has worked out pretty well for me. There is an adaptation phase which is complemented very well by the written tutorials as well as those on YouTube. I have only used a couple of the many models and options available, also the function to scale the images (I have used them up to 5,000 pixels wide) and I am very satisfied with the results. I have used it intensively the last few days and have only had a couple of long delays and bugs. The promise, and prior evidence, of constant improvements only makes it more attractive. The customer service for doubts is not always immediate but it's pretty fast.
I don't understand the bad reviews, I guess they are from people who do not have enough patience to learn and adapt to the system environment (nothing complicated if you read or watch the videos). I highly recommend it. And even when I think there are some things to improve –and I'm confident those will be done in the future– I give i 5 tacos because the value for money ratio is excellent.
