Q: Does VanChat integrate with PABBLY Connect or Webhooks?
I would like to set up a few automations with VanChat & my Shopify store & I would usually do this by connecting VanChat to PABBLY Connect or via Webhooks.

I read in the Q&A that your app can now integrate with Shopify Inbox. I’d like to know more about the integration. I have a few questions:
1. Can a customer chat with the AI & ask them about their order by providing the E-Mail address & order #? Will the AI be able to pull order details from my Shopify backend (such as shipping status)?
2. If a customer joins the chat & chats with the AI, then asks for a live agent… the AI will handoff to my Shopify Inbox chat, will the AI somehow inform my Shopify Inbox chat who the customer is - ie: name & email, order # & whatever other info the customer already provided to the AI or will I need to ask all of those details a second time when the chat is handed over to Shopify Inbox?
3. Can the AI also send the chat transcript between the AI & customer to my Shopify Inbox Chat during the handoff?

1)VanChat currently supports order tracking information. When a user wants to check the status of an order, VanChat will proactively ask for the shopper's email address and order number. Once the user provides this information, VanChat can help retrieve the order tracking details.

To ensure that the AI responses are accurate, compliant, safe, and meet user expectations, each response from VanChat actually triggers multiple calls to the GPT model. Currently, the main model in use is GPT-4o.

Q: shopify variants not supported and connection on whatsapp
I want to know if I can do something about an issue. My products have 3 to 4 variants each. When clients ask for 1 of them, the chatbot gives any of the other prices, but the one corresponding to the variant price requested. is there anything I can do?
Second question, how can I integrate the bot on whatsapp?

This is because we didn't consider this special case previously. However, I have already reported this issue to the product manager, and it should be resolved soon. Thank you for your reply. Sure, I have traffic direct to my webpage, which is why I am using the bot. However, I also have google ads and FB ads where the action call is the whatsapp directly. So, for this matter, it would be helpful to have it installed there, since many people contact directly through the ads without visiting the webpage.
Also, 2 more questions, my partner has his website hosted on Odoo platform. If he wants to acquire vanchat, is it possible to log the chat in this platform? Last but not least, is there a way to train the chat to do some " must" answers in some cases? Like for ex, I uploaded a document regarding info about fragances in candle making. But the chat replies with how to make candles´ info.

Q: How deep is the Shopify Inbox Integration?
I read in the Q&A that your app can now integrate with Shopify Inbox.
I’d like to know more about the integration.
