Q: How much data can we provide?

How many pdfs can we add to an agent? custom GPTs have a limit of 20? Does this offer a better altervative?
Does it handle more than 20 PDFs well with consistent output? Are the agents attached to the web so they can perform live research?

Q: Support and features

Hi.
I purchased the Tier 3 plan today, expecting a software that works like advertised.
I have been reporting bugs

Maybe the features are there, but just not documented or made easy to find. This is my initial list for today

1. How do I tell the Agent to call a specific flow or action. How do I define the conditions
2. How do I make sure the agent uses the correct values like ticket_email, ticket_description, ticket_title, that the receiving API requires
3. How do I change colors of the chat dialog
4. How do I remove the ScanKart AI logo and replace it with my own
5. How do I add elements to the chat. Fx. A button to create a ticket, view our documentation etc.
6. How do I change the Icon for the bot in the chat
7. How can I rename or delete a flow
8. Where is documentation for configuration the options for the chat window

Q: Knowledge base or FAQ?

Bought and really see the potential with API connections etc!
But without any knowledge base , FAQ or detailed videos it's hard to understand what I've missed and why my copilot isn't working.
For example I've added API-key, fixed settings, created action and flow but still no response.
Even basic question input get's no response.
So in you have any demo video about the correct setup for an API connection that would be great!
