Promising, but support needs improvement
SlaySchool has an interesting concept and useful features, but it’s not perfect yet. Its current features almost deliver on their promises, despite of some minor flaws, but they’re getting close.
Main issue: support. I sent an email last week, but no reply. Later, I received a routine follow-up from the team.
I responded with my feedback but, again, no response. That said, the platform shows potential.
For now, I’ll stick around and give it the benefit of the doubt, though my experience so far has raised some concerns.

White Labeling of Product was a Hassle
Overall the product was great. It had all the features I needed for my educational divisions, until I reached out to get it white labeled. I already bought the product but I was bombarded with all this unnecessary inquiries over multiple emails of what I am using the product for and what I am not using it for, which has nothing to do with the white label. Whether I use all the features or not it (which is my choice since I paid for it) seemed like they did not want to provide the white label service. There were too many excuses and it appeared this person was stalling or just did not want my business. Very disappointed in the service. That alone and not the product caused me to get my purchase refunded. If customer service is a problem now, it will be one in the future anytime I need assistance. I gave it 2 tacos because the customer service and the delivery of white label was not professional and in my opinion it does not matter how good a product is, if the support is not on par with the product, then it is not a good deal.

Great idea, but execution and support are problematic.
The product idea is great, but SlaySchool appears to be in an early stage of development. There are several noticeable bugs.
Yesterday, another bug appeared. Exports to Anki or CSV are no longer working.
I've already sent it, message via email and Discord and no response.
For now, it's a refund for sure.

Fine idea but execution is buggy
The product idea is great, but SlaySchool seems to be in very early stage of development. There are noticeable bugs in the basic features I needed (unable to change the password, export note publically...).
Will test again before the end of refund period and decide whether to keep it.
