Hi! I'm very interested in getting Lapsula. I'm a sole practitioner and currently funnel my new clients through a series of text messages to get an appointment with me. I would love to automate that process. I would also like to send email AND SMS reminders for future appointments with me. 1-Could you tell me what the "SMS appointment reminders (Must connect via Twilio- BYOK required)" means? How difficult is it to set up SMS once I get your booking app? 2-Can I attach a Form to my NEW Patient booking? and not attach that form to "returning patients" booking?
1. To use SMS notifications, you'll need a Twilio account.
Once you have an account, simply connect it with Lapsula in the "Settings" > "Plugins & Integrations" section of our web app. Then you can enable SMS reminders in the "Notifications & Reminders" section. Twilio will charge you based on the number of SMS messages sent.

Q: Webpage
This might seem like a silly question. I understand I could just add a button to my current site and have the customer redirected to Lapsula. But I would prefer to have something like an Iframe or some type of embedding to keep them on my website. Is this possible or planned for the future?
A: Hi! 👋 It's not a silly question at all; it's been requested by many. We will be releasing an embed for websites and a WordPress plugin later this month. In the meantime, we can set up a redirection from a custom subdomain of yours, to your Lapsula booking page. Thank you for your question! 😄
We are currently working on a new recurring bookings feature, and we are still deciding how payments will fit within it. Regarding ACH, I believe it is supported by Stripe so you should be able to enable it as a payment method.
Payments configuration is set up directly in Lapsula, but certain settings are only available from the dashboard on the Stripe website.
Q: Sliding scale payments, flexible times and packages
Does this have sliding scale payments?
Does it allow teh client to book different time durations for the same service? (eg 60min or 90mins)
Does this have packages? Clients purchase a pool of hours from me (13hrs, 33hrs etc) and then can book appointments of the duration of their choice until the hours run out. Is this possible? (Use case: I am a therapist)
We don't currently support dynamic pricing. However, you can create private services with different prices and share a direct booking link for each one.
For services with different durations, you'll need to create a separate service for each duration (e.g., '30-Minute Session,' '60-Minute Session').
